20 minggu

minggu ni genap 20 minggu usia kandungan aku..pejam celik pejam celik dah masuk bulan ke5..huhuhu rase xsabar nak gomol2 baby aku ni...(sebenarnye xsabar nak cuti sbb dah naik meyampah dgn boss aku)khamis ni aku akan pergi check up kali ketiga..risau gak berat naik mendadak...takut nak minum air gula..tgkla jela camne nnti...

Kek Lapis Sandwich Blueberry

Minggu lepas mase aku dok belek2 blog maklangazie aku terbekenan sungguh dgn kek lapis kukus sandwich yang maklang buat..so last weekend aku balik kmapung make akupun menjalankan aktiviti godek-menggodek kek tadi sambil dibantu oleh abang aku..hasilnye mmg sedap walupun xsegebuss yang maklang buat..anak2 sedara aku makan sampai xcukup..dalam masa 2 hari jek aku buat 3 kali kek ni..mmg puas hati dgn rasanya...sape nak cube silakanlah...(sory maklang mintak halal copipes resepi kat sini)




KEK KUKUS SANDWICH LAPIS JEM

Bhn
3 biji telur B
1/2 sb ovalette
30g air
100g gula castor
100g tepung naik sendiri
20g susu tepung
30g minyak
1st choc.emulco

Hiasan : jem (any flava) aku guna blueberry jem

Cara
Pukul telur + gula + ovallete + air = hingga pekat
Ayak tepung + susu tepung dan sebatikan adunan
Akhir sekali masukkan minyak dan kacau rata
Ambil 2 sudu adunan dan warnakan dengan emulco.
Guna loyang 9x9, tuangkan semua adunan dan paipkan adunan coklat
Kukus selama 20'
Setelah masak, potong 2 dan sapu jem dan tindihkan ke atas kek.
(same cam maklang aku tambah vanilla essence)

Hari khamis yang lepas, office aku ade buat makan2 sempena tahun baru...mmg setahun sekali je pun ade makan2 ni..biasela ofice aku mmg kedukut banyak...so inilah gambar2 yang aku amik aritu..layan jek la..menunya nasi goreng, bihun goreng, udang tempura, kambing panggang, ikan ,udang sizzling, ayam lemon dan sayur campur.Ada juga caremel sbg dessert...

Sedih..sunyi..sepi..

wahh..sedihnye.baru sehari suami pergi kursus dah terasa mcm satu kekosongan dlm hidup aku..padahal sebelum ni setahun kami dok berjauhan...tapi sejak suami dpt pindah KL Ogos tahun lalu mmg kami xpernah lg berpisah kecuali mase die pergi kursus bln 11..tapi mase tu mak aku ade temankan aku...xlah rasa sunyi sgt..tapi malam tadi terpaksa tido sorang2..wahh..saya tidak suka tido sorang2 ye.kalau teringat kat suami je mesti sebak..cengeng betul sejak2 pregnant ni...dok la cakap dgn baby jgn sedih papa xde tapi aku lak yang lebih2 melalak...huhuhuhu..syahdu di pagi raya betulla malam tadi..

Untuk menghilangka rase sedih melampau yang aku alami make aku telah melipat 3 bakul baju yang dah 2 minggu terbiar...bukan malas tapi xlarat nak duduk lame2...sakit pinggang aku..ini pun aku buat sikit2..kejap-kejap berhenti..tapi akhirnya siap gak walaupun ambil mase lebih 3 jam..ekeke..lepas lipat baju terus kemas2 barang nak bawa balik kg hari ni.Dah lame xdrive sorang2 balik segamat tp hari ni terpaksa la drive sorang2...mak aku dgn suami mmg risau aku drive sorang since aku pregnant tapi nak buat camno terpksa..mggu ni cuti 3 hari xkan nak dok umah sorg2..baik balik kg jumpe mak...lepas abis keje ptg ni aku terus cow cin cow..xmau tunggu2 lg...(alamak tibe2 terasa mcm nak nyanyi lagu balik kampung..excited betul).

perancangan kat kampung,aku nak buat kek kukus jam blueberi dgn makan nasi kerabu pasar malam sbb nasi kerabu kat situ jek yang sedap..yang kat KL ni semuanya xmenepati citarasa lain macam aku ni..

Rindunye pada suami...xsabar nak tunggu suami balik 1 hb nanti..semoga perjalanan aku pergi dan balik dari kg akan lancar dan selamat..semoga suamiku juga selamat sampai jumpa aku isnin nanti...huhuhuhu rinduuuuu

Gambang Water Park...

Sehari selepas makan2 di ofis, aku dan suami bersama keluarga akak iparku serta sepupu suami telah pergi ke Gambang Waterpark di Bukit Gambang Resort City, Kuantan...kami ke sana atas ajakan kakak iparku yang dapat tiket murah utk masuk ke sana..kalau ikutkan malas nak pergi sbb gaji xmasuk lg...tapi sbb dah plan make kami teruskan jua rancangan ke gambang.Aku,suami,sepupu suami dan suaminya bergerak ke kuantan rumah kakak suami malam jumaat pukul 8 mlm..kami sampai di kuantan lebih kurang pukul 12 malam...terusla tidur sbb esok nak pergi mandi manda pulak..

Sebelum ke gambang kami singgah makan sarapan dulu..sampai di gambang pukul 11 pagi..masa ni org masih xramai lg dan matahari pun belum tegak lg..masuk pukul satu rasa mcm nak terbakar kulit..panas gile..habis hitam legam muka aku..balik dari gambang semua org tegur kate aku hitam mcm kena bakar..huargh..layan jela gambar..

konon duduk atas tube padahal kat kolam kanak2 jek..

Sebagai info,tiket nak masuk ke sini adalah rm20 utk dewasa dan rm13 utk kanak2..tapi dgr2 cerita harganya akan jadi rm30..wallahualam..so sape2 yang nak kulit tan pergilah berjemur kat sini..hahahaha

Makan-makan di Office

Pada 21hb yang lalu, bos aku decide utk buat mkn2 sempena tahun baru..mkn kat dlm ofis jek..order pizza..malas nak cerita lebih2..tgk jekla gambar..yang penting konyang!


antara makanan yang ada..lepas melantak pizza, makan lak kek strawberi ni...aduh mcm nak meletop perut.

My baby

Semalam aku nekad ajak suami pergi scan baby kat klinik.bukannya apa tapi aku dah mula risau sbb aku masih xde rasa apa2..orang asyik ckp dgn aku that aku sepatutnya dah mula rasa pergerakan baby..tapi until today aku masih xde rasa pape..

so mase scan semalam, nampak dgn jelas that my baby was moving around actively mcm my womb ni adalah playground...seronok tgk babyku gerak2kan tangan dgn kaki die..chomel sgt...rasa xsabar pulak nk tggu baby besar...

hahaha..poyo betul aku...dah nampak baby gerak2 tendang2 pun still xrase lg..padahal doctor nk amik gambar kaki baby pun susah sbb baby asik bergerak...doktor tu tunjukkan semua bhgn bdn dan muka baby..alhamdulillah cukup sifat..doktor kate hidung baby aku mancung..hah..ye ke?kalau mancung mesti ikut muka suami..ala..aku nak ikut muka aku hehehe..xkesahla ikut muka sape..yang penting baby aku sihat dan aktif...skrg aku xrisau lg walaupun aku xrase baby bergerak sbb aku tau babyku mmg aktif dlm perutku...

A professor at CCNY for a physiological psych class told his class about bananas. He said the expression "going bananas" is from the effects of bananas on the brain. Read on:

Bananas contain three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose combined with fiber. A banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy.

Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world's leading athletes.

But energy isn't the only way a banana can help us keep fit. It can also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions, making it a must to add to our daily diet.

Depression: According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND amongst people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating a banana. This is because bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier.

PMS: Forget the pills - eat a banana.. The vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood.

Anemia : High in iron, bananas can stimulate the production of hemoglobin in the blood and so helps in cases of anemia.

Blood Pressure: This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt, making it perfect to beat blood pressure. So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the banana industry to make official claims for the fruit's ability to reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke.

Brain Power: 200 students at a Twickenham (Middlesex) school ( England ) were helped through their exams this year by eating bananas at breakfast, break, and lunch in a bid to boost their brain power. Research has shown that the potassium-packed fruit can assist learning by making pupils more alert.

Constipation: High in fiber, including bananas in the diet can help restore normal bowel action, helping to overcome the problem without resorting to laxatives. (yang ni bagus sbb aku mmg sembelit)

Hangovers: One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey. The banana calms the stomach and, with the help of the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milk soothes and re-hydrates your system.
Heartburn: Bananas have a natural antacid effect in the body, so if you suffer from heartburn, try eating a banana for soothing relief.

Looking at 5,000 hospital patients, researchers found the most obese were more likely to be in high-pressure jobs. The report concluded that, to avoid panic-induced food cravings, we need to control our blood sugar levels by snacking on high carbohydrate foods every two hours to keep levels steady..

Smoking &Tobacco Use: Bananas can also help people trying to give up smoking. The B6, B12 they contain, as well as the potassium and magnesium found in them, help the body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal.

Stress: Potassium is a vital mineral, which helps normalize the heartbeat, sends oxygen to the brain and regulates your body's water balance.. When we are stressed, our metabolic rate rises, thereby reducing our potassium levels. These can be rebalanced with the help of a high-potassium banana snack.

Strokes: According to research in The New England Journal of Medicine, eating bananas as part of a regular diet can cut the risk of death by strokes by as much as 40%!

Warts: Those keen on natural alternatives swear that if you want to kill off a wart, take a piece of banana skin and place it on the wart, with the yellow side out. Carefully hold the skin in place with a plaster or surgical tape!

Seperti yang anda sedia maklum, Sultan Iskandar ibni Almarhum Sultan Ismail telah mangkat pada hari Jumaat 22hb January yang lalu. Sebagai seorang rakyat Johor, walaupun aku tidak pernah sekalipun berjumpa dengan almarhum namun hati kecil ini tetap terasa akan kehilangannya..Semoga roh Almarhum dicucuri rahmat dan ditempatkan di kalangan orang2 yang beriman. Ucapan takziah diucapkan buat keluarga dan kaum kerabat sultan Johor atas kehilangan besar ini. Alfatihah...
